Re: Treas Security Yield Spread Chart? In Reply to: Treas Security Yield Spread Chart? posted by Alfred - Trainee on August 12, 2003 at 7:32 PM : Does anyone know where to find this chart on the net? Not the yield curve... the yield spread (between the 3 month T-Bill and the 10 Year Bond). It's not on First Tuesday's site. The Conference Board has it but you have to pay $500 per year to subscribe. It must be posted somewhere. Doesn't anyone track it for the real estate market per the article in Ward's foreclosure manual? Thanks in advance. Alfred, I have the spread. I will be more than happy to email it to you, just send me an email at damien@888wcps.com. For future info, you can obtain this information on yahoo finance. I forgot to tell you that you need to customize your page to show the 13 week and 10 yr bond. From there you can look at historical data broken into days, weeks, months, etc. I picked weeks starting Jan 2, 03 to current for both 13 week and 10 years. On each chart you are given the option to download the info into MS Excel. I did so, matched up the two, and ran a simple formula to give you the spread that’s needed. Hope I understood the article, and this helps. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
