: After coming to an agreement with a lender for a JBB, what's the usual procedure and what forms do I need to have handy to expedite the process? Being new at this, I need specifics so I don't stumble to bad through it all.

: Thanks

Gary,

The forms you'd need are:

1. Assignment of Note

2. Assignment of Deed of Trust

3. Beneficiary's Statement of Account

4. Notice of Assignment of Deed of Trust

Other than item #2, the other forms we had to develop and
design for our internal use and inclusion in our training
materials.

Other ancilliary forms we have to use from time to time are:

5. Affidavit of Lost Document, and

6. Loan Sale Agreement

Hope this helps.
