Govt Bond Yield Spread

Posted by Alfred -- Trainee on August 10, 2003 at 5:37 PM

Hi Ward,
I'm considering selling my 3 foreclosure rentals. I'm currently researching and studying the markets to determine what the best time to sell would be. I restudied the article in your manual on the bond spread as a reliable prognosticator of the real estate market 12 months hence. This would be important for me right now. I'm trying to find a website that charts the historicals on the 3 month bill/10 year bond yield spread. Only could find The Conference Board (which now includes the yield spread as one of their "Leading Economic Indicators") but you have to subscribe and pay for the data. Do you know of a website or source of this info? Thanks, Alfred
