: How can I quickly ( today!) form a title holding trust inorder to execute the proper certification w/ the title company. Do I need an attorney? Appreciate your help.

Art,

If you want a THT (title holding trust) done quickly the last place to turn would be an attorney.

All you need is to have your trust’s trustee fill out and sign, in front of a notary public, the common Certification of Trust form available at almost any escrow office in CA.

A copy of your certification of trust is the only document you have to deposit in escrow to establish the bona fides of your trust.

So, time wise, I think you could do it in less than an hour.
