FNMA 4 home limit

Posted by Travis-CA on August 06, 2003 at 10:06 AM

Well I am back from my 2 week vacatoin with no internet connection so alot of posts to catch up on here.

I notice there has been some discussion on the number of encumbered properties a person can own within FNMA guidelines
. I was reading the FNMA underwriting guidelines today and FNMA will now allow up to 10 encumbered properties. I believe that it is broken down into 4 loans that FNMA will buy and the other 6 go to Freddie mac etc...

I am also looking for a partner to take Ward's 3 day training with. I live in Newport Beach, in Orange County and would like to take the training as soon as Ward has an opening. Please email me if you are interested in partnering up.

Travis
