A good idea! Yes, you can easily pop the property into a THT (title holding trust) using the Certification of Trust form as your only piece of paperwork for your purchase transaction.

Then before you enter into your resale escrow in the next few months, transfer the title into the best vehicle to avoid the 3.3%. Hey, I like this approach.
