But better than that would be to learn how to do your own title searching. Most counties in the US are on the internet, so if you know anything about title searching you can do alot of the work yourself. Plus title companies are not perfect and in a rara case could miss something. Were as your search could be perfect. A good place to look for help on this topic is this website.
