Hello,

Thanks for the information. I am a new investor also trying to
learn the do's and don'ts of Foreclosure investing.

I have a question related to the Title search.

Title Search costs a few hundred dollars, also my experience with the Title Search companies is
that these companies take reasonable time for search (week + ??).

Are these title searches neccessary ?? is there any *cost - effective* way of doing a
faster title search.

Thanks in advance for your response...I apologize if this turns out to be
a silly query .

QM
