: Ward,
: Due to the nature of dingbats being a type of a niche income property (as opposed to a 3/2 single family residence that can be rented to various categories of tenants), would they appreciate well in a decent location and market, or are they mainly a stable cashflow vehicle with appreciation and depreciation being secondary or lower level factors?
: Thanx, Alfred

Alfred,

The surge in real property values lifts all properties in this area. I honestly don't know what my dingbats are worth retail. But I'm sure they're appreciating at the same rate as other real property in the area.
