dismissal of bankruptcy

Posted by Noah on August 01, 2003 at 9:30 PM

Ward:
I have a deal going, and need your help.
These couple filed for Chapter 13 to avoid the trustee sale.
I have an EPA signed by them, after that. I reinstated the loan with the lender, now I have a Bk-006 (Debtor's application for voluntary dismissal of chapter 13) which they already signed, and also subtitution of attorney. I will take these forms back to the BK court monday morning to get the case dismiss.
My question is: Do I let the lender, trustee, and all the people listed in the petition know my self of the judge decission or the court will do it.
Also after these should I be concern for anything else? before I sell it?
Thanks for your time.
Noah......
