: This is for Ward and anyone else who wants to take a crack at it.

: Generally speaking, if a party has bought a property at Trustee's Sale, what is the average turn around for selling the property?

James,

I'll answer for the Southern CA foreclosure market since that's all I'm really familiar with. In a Seller's market it will take approximately 6 months from start to finish. A Neutral market here will take approx. 8 months and a Buyer's market will take about 10 months.

Hope this helps.
