: Isn't it unethical to buy a foreclosure houae?

: I know the people are not paying bill, but where will they live?

: I would like to invest but have an issue with the thought of putting people out onto the street.

: Does anyone think this way too? or should I just pray about it?

James,

No, it’s not unethical to buy a foreclosure because doing nothing to help the defaulting buyer will guarantee that their house will be lost to foreclosure, and for sure, they will become homeless.

So James, get involved on your own terms and make a difference.

Hope this helps.
