Please respond...thanks. : J. Shrout Yes, the creditors can petition for Relief From Automatic Stay and ultimately get it. The point of filing an Emergency Petition in Chapter 13 is to get “enough time” to complete your foreclosure solution (either a refinance, a resale, etcl). Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
