: Hello, I am new to this tell me are NOD reports and Trustee info same info comes from Title Co's that is sold at monthly cost ie: CRR or other suppliers of this type reports. Yes, I think there is some behind the scenes horse trading that doesn’t involve the public. Done for efficiency for the benefit of all concerned.

So what you need to do is ask the various foreclosure notice services for a sample report and subscription rates. Then just choose the service you like the best according to appearance, content or cost.
