Door to door my friend...In Reply to: Door to door or letters? posted by Gary on July 22, 2003 at 1:21 PM : I am very new to foreclosure investing. I am fortunate to have a very successful part-time business that allows me to do the researh required for foreclosures. I've learned quite a bit and feel I'm ready to take the plunge; although, I realize there is still a whole lot I need to learn. : My question is this: Historically, do sending letters out to homeowners in default work as well as approaching them directly? Or, should I use both on every potential deal I find? I've received mixed responses from others I've asked. : I'd appreciate any sort of input. Thank you. For all the effort involved, letters aren't worth it. Just go out and knock on doors.
