The real "gems" are the non-FHA/VA deals..

Michael,

The real “gems” are the 10% that aren’t FHA/VA related. Those are the ones where the lenders are motivated to limit their losses by discounting the resale prices of their REO’s and moving them out of their inventory as soon as possible.
