If the pool is not permanently attached to the property, then it is considered personal property and not included with the real property acquired at the trustee's sale.

If such personal property is worth less than $300.00, in YOUR personal opinion, then after the notice period elapses you may do with it as you wish. If it's worth more than $300.00 then you have to deal with the requirements of an arm's length sale.
