We have a house we paid 50,000 for 8yrs ago, and need to get rid of it. We know we can't get what we owe, b/c of some of the problems on/around it. However we really don't want to do a foreclosure. The house is in Fort Wayne, IN. We are living in Virginia now and plan to stay here permanently. Any help understanding a forclosure or if anyone is interested. We need right around 50 to cover closing costs n what not.
