: Ward, you mean info like: insurance name and address, phone, fax, accnt number etc? She can get that through the lender?

:
: : Ward, the owner of the property that I purchased does not have, or thinks that she doesn't have the fire insurance docs. (you know, so I can know where to send the Insurance letter) Should I call the lender to find out who the company is? Or, how can I find out who the company is, and the accnt number for the fire insurance?

: : Gonzalo,

: : There’s no centralized registration of insurance coverage that’s available to the public. So you will have to get the seller to talk with the lender and get her insurance info from them and then have her relay it on to you.
