Any info or perhaps even specific code numbers would be awesome. : Thanks, : - Daniel =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Daniel, No, Arizona doesn’t have any draconian codes similar to our CC 1695 governing matters such as “unconscionable advantage” issues, cooling off periods, specific contract language, etc. Yes, just as a matter of fair dealing , taking “uconscionable advantage” of a homeowner could be a justiceable issue almost anywhere, it’s just not codified in a particular statute, in regards to foreclosure, like it is in CA.
