Gonzalo, how did you acquire the property??In Reply to: Ward - why 60 days?? posted by Lughead on July 03, 2003 at 8:50 PM : ward : why would a 60 day notice be required - they are Holdover tenants - : seems that would be a 30 day notice ....due to foreclosure : i don't believe the 60 day notice applies to Holdover tenants - - can you let us know if something has changed or if we are missing something : thank you Lunk, Let's ask Gonzalo whether he bought the property at a trustee's sale or directly from the owner-in-foreclosure before the trustee's sale. So Gonzalo, please help us out here. I assumed that you acquired the property from the owner in default. Lughead assumed you bought the property at a trustee's sale. So how did you acquire the property??
