Ward is very knowledgeable, friendly and has been buying foreclosures for over 20 years. The other unique aspect is that it is one on one training. It is like having your own personal mentor. The 3 day course will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about foreclosures and then some. If you are concerned about spending the money you may want to consider one of his shorter micro courses which are less expensive and typically half a day. Either way you will make back your investment on your first deal. Good Luck!
