: : Can I use my PO box as the biz address on the EPA?

: : I don't want the seller to have my home address.

: : thanks

: What about an EPA where the buyer does not put a business address at all. "I, Ms. buyer, buys from you Mr. seller the property located at ...." Does that make the agreement weak?
: Thanks.

Sara,

Civil code 1695 states that the buyer must put there business address on the EPA, and more specifically it states that the biz street address must appear on the notice of cancelation.
