: Is it the specialized and intensive nature of the training that sets it apart? Every experienced investor I've talked to says that the multi-thousand dollar seminars are a waste of money, but then said seminars are usually very general. Have you taken Ward's course? If so, what did you think?

The other "guru's" have 100s of people in the course at the same time. Whereas with Ward there are at MOST two people in the class. What I learned with the one on one training was invaluable and the cost was cheap when compared to other "gurus".
