Re: Soft MarketIn Reply to: Soft Market posted by SeanW on June 17, 2003 at 5:44 AM i'd say if the 90% works for you - go for it ! you may try putting a note that verification of fund available upon acceptance - - that may work if you get some good bites at the 90% then you can go more agressively you may need to justify your price to them good luck : It's not like CA here. Listing times and foreclosures have been creeping up... although of course the Realtors in the paper are saying "everything's fine". There was appreciation last year in prices, but just the usual, historical 4%. I've attended several auctions where nobody bought anything. : That's why I'm thinking it's worth trying the banks. If I end up just wasting fax paper, I can just go to the sale and outbid them by a dollar anyway.
