Post-sale vacating time...In Reply to: Re: Only if... posted by LEE on June 22, 2003 at 12:12 AM : : Your answer does bring up one other question: If it's just a matter of the winning bidder getting the trustee's deed recorded by the county, what's the least amount of time in which this process can be completed? Could they possibly have it completed the day after the sale? : : Once again, I appreciate this more than you know ...as my daughter would say, "You're my new best friend"...actually it's just NBF. : : Many Thanks, : : Lee =?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?= Lee, Since you're located in Los Angeles, they might be successful in getting their Trustee's Deed recorded in 3 to 4 days after the foreclosure auction took place. It would be highly unlikely that they'd be able to record their new Trustee's Deed the day after the sale. The process just doesn't work that fast.
