: Interested to know more about the foreclosure investment opportunities. Update on our current situation - 1) Have RE license in IL as of 6/1/03; 2) House on the market; 3) Interested in possibly taking 3-day course in San Diego; 4) Available to move to any state; 5) Have BA degree, but became unemployed 8 months ago with little interest of returning to corporate/manuf position. 6) Wife willing to relocate, kids homeschooled and able to move where necessary.

: With these facts, how do I proceed in considering a relocation to city/state where I can put this foreclosure mentoring to work for me. Need Advice.

: R.M.

R.M.,

#1. The Illinois license will only count if you elect to stay in Illinois. I found that the moment I gave up my license I started to become wealthy, since all I could work on were deals I was a personally involved in as a buyer or seller.

#2. Obviously it's easier to wait and stay put until you finish with selling the house.

#3. You can take our training anytime. Check us out first with other graduates. Will email you some referrals if you'd like.

#4. If you're smart you'll move where the weather is great and the real estate market has a history of regular appreciation.

#5. You're degree won't hurt?plus it shows you possess some measure of self-discipline and commitment.

#6. But your best asset is a wife who believes in you and willing to help you follow your dreams. Consider this lady a keeper.

Hope this helps.
