Dreath - the bank does NOT want your house - they want the money YOU agreed to pay when you took the loan!

they did not put you in any situation - YOU accepted the terms of the loan -

YOU have a choice - you can take responsibility for what has occurred or lay blame - the first way will put you on your way to a better life - the latter will make you feel better until it happens again

: i can see everyone here is trying to get my house. I talked to the bank today and they said as long as the house was in escrow they would not start
: foreclosure proceeddings. so i will just hold on to my money and make sure the escrow goes through ok. i havent been foreclosed on yet i was just in a forebearnce agreement,
