: hello

: we didn't keep track of a house going to sale today - we happened to be at the courthouse at the time of sale and heard that it was going today -

: i asked the auctioneer if he could postpone for us to get money - i took off to the bank and called the trustee from my cell - they said it was up to the auctioneer -

: when we returned he had called the sale because someone else at the Publishing and Posting company had told him to cry the sale and not wait

: is there any way to recover from this mess?? - since the trustee was ok postponing and the auctioneer would have waited had he not been told to cry the sale??

: since there were witnesses there who heard the sale - and the property go 'back to the beneficiary' - -

: any suggestions other than to stay better organized??
: a area which we are constantly trying to refine and improve...

: thank you

Hey Lug:

Unless I misunderstand your post...nobody bid. So why not go offer the bank the opening bid?
Talk to the same person who was going to postpone it for you and see whathappens.

Good Luck,
