I want to know the best way to learn the ins & outs of the trade. Can anyone reccommend if the courses on this website are valid or any other way to get started Sam, I personally have not taken Ward's 3 day courses yet, but plan to in the next few weeks. I live in Orange County just one county north of Ward, and I have been attending the trustee sales for weeks now, just for learning purposes and have spoken to many many investors and auctioneers and asked questions about Ward's training, invariably everyone I spoke to who has taken his training has told me in slight variation it is worth its weight in gold.
