WARD I DID WHAT YOU RECAMENDED! I HAVE FORMS! IT SEEMS SO MIND BOGGLING. DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY? HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THIS FILED? ARE THERE ANY TIPS YOU CAN GIVE ME? THE SALE IS JUNE 18TH 1PM .
==============

Jim,

I don't think you need an attorney. Read my earlier reply and follow those suggestions. If the forms your Mom sent back to you are OK then take the forms and required copies and your $185.00 to Bankruptcy Court and file the petition for your Mother.

Get your copy with Mom's bankruptcy number on it and put it in a safe place. Call the foreclosing trustee and give them the notice that your Mom has filed a bankruptcy petition in Chapter 13.

Good luck.
