If the forms your Mom sent back to you are OK then take the forms and required copies and your $185.00 to Bankruptcy Court and file the petition for your Mother. Get your copy with Mom's bankruptcy number on it and put it in a safe place. Call the foreclosing trustee and give them the notice that your Mom has filed a bankruptcy petition in Chapter 13.
