About your dilema

Angela, why not call the bank that supposedly did the loan, and ask them it they show a loan on the house. If they say they don't show one then why not tell them to write you a document stating that up to this date, they are satisfied with any loan they might have done in the past. On the other hand, if they say that there is a loan, then, go to real estate attoney, and ask him if they can still come after you. (you want to do things legally right?)
