: I want to take the information that I am gathering on people in Foreclosure and put it into some sort of database or contact manager. Is there something like that available? : Thanks. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
If you want to build your own database from scratch you can use Filemaker Pro, it is a fairly easy to work with database program and can do just about anything you want it to if you're willing to invest the time and effort, I have been fooling around with it in the last couple weeks and like it quite a bit. A more simple way to create a powerfull database/contact manager is to create a custom layout and database in ACT! 6.0, it already comes with all the essential features of a contact manager, and is highly customizable. Of course you can also just buy a pre made software package to handle this task, CRRPRO and Sharkbait are among 2 of the more popular ones that I can think of, check the links below for more info, also try a search of "sharkbait" and "crrpro" to find some reviews on this board.
