: : My husband just lost his job and I've been transfered. We owe 149K on first and 13K on second. Great home in good neighborhood, but market here is pretty flat. I think we could get 150K for it. How do we negotiate with two Mort companies to go for a short sale? How do we find someone to help with sale? Thanks

: We are in Utah

If you have been transferred and your husband has lost his job, it sounds like it may be time to move. If you are interested in selling you should call your local real estate agents and list with the one with the most experience doing short sells. If you are looking to stay in the property you should call the bank and try and work out repayment plan if you've gotten behind.
