: Help =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Barry, I think that federal EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations require that the present owner bears the cost and responsiblity of clean-up of any potentially harmful substances discovered on her property, regardless of how it got there, or the lack of proper seller disclosure when the property was bought, etc. Did you happen to buy the property in a corporate entity, or an LLC or Title holding trust? If you did you might not be personally responsible. At this point I’d have a talk with the entity who sold you the property about the possibility of rescinding the sale. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
