: I bought a property in fontana ca in an auction held by second trustee.The old owners said they would turn it over because their property was already in escrow and had a buyer.can they really turn it over?

Foreclosure sales are final and just about bulletproof. Your claim to ownership will withstand almost any assault by the foreclosed owner can muster, especially one as lame as being in escrow.
