: My home has been foreclosed while I was working with one of the lender's representatives, What are my options and how can I get my house back?

Mary,

Click on the link (50 State Resource Data) below on and go to your state and check to see if you enjoy the Right of Redemption (ROR) and for how long. If your state is one that does provide the foreclosed owner with the ROR then you’ll have a limited time to put Humpty Dumpty together again.

If your state doesn’t allow the ROR then you’ll be served with a formal notice to vacate the premises. If you move before the deadline then no eviction will appear on your credit record. That’s important since you don’t want to be looking for a rental with a fresh eviction on your credit record.

Hope this helps.
