: Hi Ward,

: I notice that you use a custom built database layout in filemaker pro, I just purchased filemaker pro and have been fooling around with my own setup. Is your layout setup something that is available to your students? or something that is for sale?

: Thanks,

Travis,

The Filemaker layout was tooled by my son, Eric and is made available to our foreclosure trainees. I think Filemaker Pro is one of his favorite databases to work with and so he uses it a lot.

My favorite program is a form-making product called Informed Designer by Shana Corp. (recently bought by Filenet) located in Canada. I use it for the more complicated forms I’ve had to develop for the foreclosure business and to a lesser degree, our trust forms.

Hope this helps.
