Can Someone Make 200K a Year?Hello everyone, I've been reading many of the posts on the Innovest Foreclosure board and wanted to ask you pros a question. I hope you don't mind answering it for me. :o) I just graduated from the University of Florida and am contemplating where my future is going to take me. I'm interested in pursuing foreclosure properties (flipping them). My question is: How much money can a seasoned expert make in this field per year? (I'm talking pursuing all angles of the game, before, during and after the sale, including doing JBB's. I realize all markets are different, but lets assume my particular area is in a sellers market. Let's also assume I work at this business full time, I've got excessive determination, and I have 200K in capital. (I have a source) (What I really want to know is, can someone make 200K a year doing this full time, or more? Or is that just pie in the sky thinking. Is it more reasonable to expect 50K a year?) I've been studying the business quite extensively and am ready to begin pursuing my first deal. I realize I have a lot to learn - but I'm prepared to pay my dues. I just would like to hear what a seasoned pros such as you have to say. Thanks in advance for your time. I hope it's not too much trouble to respond. Dana :o)
