: My home has been foreclosed while I was working with one of the lender's representatives, What are my options and how can I get my house back?

If you are in California, there are no rights of redemption. You could try to purchase the property from the new owner; however, I don't think the new owner is going to believe that you will be able to qualify for a loan since you were just foreclosed on. The best thing to do is start packing and searching the rental ads. Don't take the risk of getting evicted and letting the Sherriff throw you out into the street.
