: if the grant deed to the trust is recorded when the old owner is the beneficiary and it states that it is transfer to revokable trust - there is no new assesment

then later if you do ABI - this in not on public record

: If I buy a home that I intend to keep for myself using a EPA and Title Holding Trust, and payoff the existing liens, how are the new property taxes assesed? Does a title holding trust side step the re-assessment at 1% of purchase price? and continue on the old basis?
