Let me tell you what I know so far. I meet with the people and get an EPA signed. After the 5 days, I give them a promissory note for the balance secured with a deed of trust. What do they give me? : Which documents need to be notorized? Which need to be recorded? : Thanks, =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Fred, They give you a deed to the property, which you record. Then a few days later they sign an Affidavit of Deed in front of a notary and give that to you. Hold the affidavit of deed for a title company if they ask for it in the future. Follow Ups:
