Using a Realtor-suggestions

Posted by JC La Quinta, CA on May 20, 2003 at 2:21 PM

Dealing with the frustrations of distance can be a mindbender. But since I have been in the note business, almost four years now. I have enlisted the services of many support services that I just cannot do without. Ward mentioned to me how valuable my time is. So I put his thought to work. I never do a drive-by myself. I use North American Real Estate Solutions. They provide a service for $65.00 includes, pictures, outside accessment of the house and neighborhood. Just recently we joined forces with a legal team who services California, Nevada, Arizona and Washington State. They provide, efficient, fast, title support, foreclosure services, document recording and follow-through. I guess you could say, I have finally learned to use my time purchasing notes not getting caught up in the paperwork. Ward! the Jr. Bene. Queen is alive and well. Hope this helps Angela Larson.
