Re: SUB TR & RECONVEYANCEIn Reply to: SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE posted by Rose on May 18, 2003 at 10:43 AM : I would like to know what do they mean by SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE ? : I saw it at the clerkrecorder files . : After about a year they have a SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE followed by a Deed of trust for one of the mortgage companies and then only SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE for the other one. : what does this mean ?
Looks to me like there has been a "Substituiton of Trustee" (SUB TR) and a loan has been satisfied and the lender has filed a Reconveyance. Normal procedures. : Thank you for your help, : Rose
