: I would like to know what do they mean by SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE ?

: I saw it at the clerkrecorder files .
: at first there is the Grant deed and 2 different deed of trust for 2 companies.

: After about a year they have a SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE followed by a Deed of trust for one of the mortgage companies and then only SUB TR & RECONVEYANCE for the other one.
:

: what does this mean ?

Rose:

Looks to me like there has been a "Substituiton of Trustee" (SUB TR) and a loan has been satisfied and the lender has filed a Reconveyance. Normal procedures.

: Thank you for your help,

: Rose
