What do you think it accomplishes?

Jamie,

I think having the seller pre-execute the deed, even though she kept it for the following 5 days, would act to cause the seller to feel more like a seller and thus more hesitant than normal to cancel a deal.

But that’s my own feeling, why would you want to go through with this wrinkle in the process?? What do you think it adds?
