All correct..In Reply to: PCOR questoins........ posted by zachary on April 21, 2003 at 10:34 AM : Ward, : Ok, so i found a PCOR form and it states that it can be used in all 58 CA counties so i'm ok there.... : A few questions on how to fill it out: : 1. Seller/Transferor: This would be "Sammy Seller" as appears on orginal deed, right? : 2. Buyer/Transferee: This would be "My entity, as trustee of Seller trust, dated 04/21/03".......right?? : 3. Under part 1: Transfer Information : 4. when signing the document as the "new owner/corporate officer" would it be signed: "me as officer for my entity, trustee of seller trust, dated 04/21/03"?? : 5. Also it doesn't look like the PCOR needs to be notorized. : : Zachary You got all 5 questions correct. And no, the PCOR isn't recorded. It doesn't affect title of property in any way. It's just for the county assessor's office. Helps them figure out what people paid for property. Important for the accuracy of the assessment rolls. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
