: Hey Ward,

: What is the proper way you sign contracts involving your deals.. since you're the officer of the LLC (I have a corp).. for example.. is it Ward Hannigan, Officer of XYZ LLC, trustee of the ABC Trust, Dated 05-13-2003... thanks.. and is this the same way you sign for rental contracts... Thanks.

Mark,

The vesting language goes like this:
Financial Fitness, LLC as Trustee of the Easy Does It Trust, dated 5-12-03.

The signature block goes like this:

Financial Fitness, LLC as Trustee of
the Easy Does It Trust, dated 5-12-03
