: In using the 60 years of interest rates provided at this site it occurred to me that Junior TDs, generally, have higher interest rates than 1st TD and that shorter terms effect those rates, as well. Do you use a different rate (based on your chart) to assign an interest rate to Jr. loans when figuring the projected equity where a 2nd or 3rd with a much shorter term is indicated? Greg, We add 4.0 points to the interest rate on the chart if the loan is a junior lien. Since there's no practical way of knowing how long any junior loan has been set up for, we just assume it's on an interest only payment basis. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
