Jeff:
I really like your aproach of managing risks adequately.
The only way, at this time, to make sure they will take
reinstatement is to have the sale postponed Via bare-bone
bk-13. ( have you talked to seller about it? ).
A postpopment will revive and move up the reinstatement
pediod until 5 day before the new sale date.
