Pam:
The answer to your question is no. Escrow does not need to see
the ABI.
BUT,
When you sell/transfer a property via ABI you don't
need an escrow.

If you need an escrow because the transaction is a regular sale,
then most likely you, as a trustee, will grant deed the property
to buyer. (no ABI needed). Taxes are base on this transfer.

Remember, Ward is the expert.
